Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns if you change your mind

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 calendar days of receiving the products. For products from the same order delivered separately, this period begins when you receive the last product.

Products made to order using the standard designs, colours and sizes available in our store are covered by this right of withdrawal.

To notify us of your decision, send a clear statement to officegiftlab@gmail.com or by post to the address below. Please include your name, order number and the products you are returning. You may use the form at the end of this policy, but this is not mandatory.

Exercising your right of withdrawal does not require our prior approval.

2. Sending your return

For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the direct cost of return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please package the products appropriately and keep proof of shipment. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

3. Condition of returned products

You may try on the products to check their size and characteristics, as you would in a shop.

Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the products, such as prolonged wear, washing or damage, may reduce their value. Any deduction from your refund will be justified and explained to you. Simply opening the packaging does not cancel your right of withdrawal.

4. Refunds

We will refund the amounts due within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge, if you paid one. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option expressly selected by you will not be refunded.

We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we expressly agree on another method, at no additional cost to you.

5. Defective or incorrect products

For printing defects, damage or products that do not match your order, contact us at officegiftlab@gmail.com or +40 741 730 470. Please include your order number and describe the issue. Photographs, if available, help us assess the problem.

Please contact us before sending the products back so that we can arrange the necessary transport. We bear the costs of remedying a lack of conformity.

We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of delivery, in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021.

You may be entitled to repair or replacement under the conditions provided by law, free of charge and without significant inconvenience. The timeframe will be agreed with you in writing and must not exceed 15 calendar days from the date you inform us.

A price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund are available in the circumstances provided by law. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by improper use do not, in themselves, constitute a lack of conformity existing at delivery.
