Where we deliver

Office Gift Lab delivers exclusively within Romania, by courier.

Shipping charges

For orders with a product value below RON 200, shipping costs RON 15.

For orders with a product value of RON 200 or more, shipping is free.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated based on the value of the products after discounts, excluding shipping charges. The shipping charge is displayed before you complete your order.

Production and dispatch

Products are made to order. The usual estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days from the date the order is placed: 3–5 working days for production, plus 1–2 working days for courier delivery.

Availability and delays

Where product availability is limited, processing and delivery may take approximately 7–12 working days. Delays may also occur during busy periods, due to weather conditions or transport difficulties.

If we become aware that the estimated delivery timeframe for your order cannot be met, we will inform you and provide the available information about the revised timeframe.

Delivery estimates do not limit consumers’ statutory rights. Unless we expressly agree on a different timeframe, delivery will take place without undue delay and within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Delivery issues

Please check that your delivery address and telephone number are correct before completing your order.

For a delayed order, an undelivered parcel or products received damaged, contact us at officegiftlab@gmail.com or +40 741 730 470, quoting your order number. We will investigate the situation and explain the next steps to resolve it.
